Each class is beautifully sequenced, building in challenge and always finishing with relaxation, which enables the body and mind to gradually let go and find the union. Carla has experience of a broad range of yoga styles but has created a unique way of teaching, blending precision and dynamism. I have know Carla for just under 2 years, beginning with attendance at her brilliant Yoga sessions on a Monday and Thursday evening where, despite my formidable years as basketball player, I endured major problems with muscle tightness. Carla's classes were a refreshing change to previously attended Yoga classes. The personal attention, friendly atmosphere and detailed knowledge made each visit a welcome one, so much so that even major work commitments, which curtailed my weekday visits, mean I now visit Carla on a one-to-one basis where, yet again, her expertise is greatly helping me manage new problems. Carla has instructed yoga classes in 3 week modules for our PE group at Cambridge Tutor's College for the last 5 years. She has worked with group sizes ranging from 8 – 23 of our statutory school age students. She has been a dependable instructor who has never missed a session.
